Whilst Australia Post is generally excellent with reliability and efficiency, should you wish to have your order sent by Registered Mail, please advise - Registered Mail will incur an additional cost.

Shipping Rates outside Australia and New Zealand
International sales outside of Australia are welcome. The following information is required: the order products, destination and contact particulars. A quote will be obtained and communicated to the international customer. The order will be processed as normal with the mutually agreed-upon shipper and shipping costs.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal (Visa and Mastercard). You can access this facility both as a member and non-member.
We will accept personal cheques within Australia only but will wait for funds to be cleared before sending goods - this can take up to 2 weeks.
We will accept Money Orders within Australia only but will wait until the Money Order is received before sending goods.
We will accept Direct Deposit within Australia only please ring / email us for our account details.

Returns
Health regulations do not allow us to accept returns of body jewellery in which the sealed packet has been broken.
We will accept returns within 10 days from dispatch so please choose carefully - we will endeavour to supply as much information including images per item as possible. Should you wish to return an unsuitable item within this 10 day period, we require the sealed pack be unopened, that you email us that you wish to return an unsuitable item. Once your return is approved by us, will will email you the authority. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging at your expense. We will refund you your original purchase amount (excluding return postage) within 7 days of us receiving the return. Please choose carefully and view all information to avoid disappointment.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting name and date of purchase. We will request that you return same to us in it's original packaging and we will supply a replacement and refund you your cost of postage. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your payment in full.
